TOTAL FRAUD ! AVOID LIKE HELL ! I called this company on June 10th at 9AM. Skipping that nobody there speaks decent English, I explained them from where to where I needed to relocate, how many boxes I needed, if I had forniture to bring with me or not ( sofa yes / no , library yes / no ...) I informed them that I had to bring with me also tires for the car. After gathering all the details I was said "it will cost 1400 zl, do you accept the offer?" Even if it was huge price (Besto performed the very same job for me for 1000 zl, so they asked me 40% more for no reason) I accepted since the reviews are good. On the 24th a guy from the company brought me 12 boxes and checked again what forniture was supposed to be relocated. I asked if they would have come with a truck, and he confirmed. On the 28th they came with a Volkswagen Passat + trailer, and that was when I realized that thing were going for bad. In that specific moment the lift stopped working. They could have said "ok we wait for the lift to be fixed before starting". They didn't. They could have said "we postpone the job since the lift does not work". They didn't. They accepted the job the way it is. Worth mentioning that I'm not the owner of the lift and I'm not responsible for such accidents. Plus we have service that you call and in 1 h they come and fix the lift, so as I said waiting 1 h would have been enough but they didn't want to. When we arrived at destination they had a look at the flat I rented, they found that the flat was nice and came to the conclusion that they wanted to extort me more money. So after finishing putting all of my stuff in the new flat they called their boss to inform him that it was worth trying to extort me more money. The boss invented that I must pay additional 200 zl because of the issue with the lift and other things that he was never able to specify. The day after I unpacked my coffe machine, a Nespresso Prodigio that costed me 850 zl and I found out that it does not work anymore. Later I got an sms from the company boss asking for other 200 zl and providing a bank account number. I replied that they broke my coffe machine and I expect them to give me back 650 zl on the bank account I provided. The reaction was surprising: the owner switched to polish and he wrote me: "zakuty włoski pedale 200 zl na konto masz wyslac! A jak nie to do sadu ide bo i tak wygram!!!". Then they sent me the faktura via polecona. Of course I'll sue this company for all the 3 crimes they committed: 1) Asking more money than agreed and threatening me to take further actions if I don't. This is EXTORTION, it's a crime and I'll sue them for this. 2) Calling me "zakuty wloski pedale" is OBLOQUY, and I'll sue them for this 3) Of course I'll sue them for damages, since they broke my coffee machine. Draw your conclusions.

Dzień dobry, dodając tak niską opinie w dobrym tonie było by opisać z czego wynika. Ciężko nam uwierzyć, że jest Pan naszym klientem, gdyż w ostatnim czasie przeprowadzaliśmy dużą Krakowska firmę i nie realizowaliśmy przeprowadzek osób prywatnych. Czy to nie jest przypadkiem złośliwe działanie konkurencji???
