Summary: If you expect to receive undamaged goods and proper customer service DONT use this shop! If you want to be fooled, ignored, wait for parts for weeks to be replaced and in the end pay extra you are in the right place! Full description: I made several orders with this shop over the last months, as I was happy to have found a shop with a decent stock of items. Unfortunately the steel bumper was not in stock, so had to wait a bit longer to receive it. However once received everything was OK. Communication with the employees was OK thus far. I then proceeded with a 2nd order, some Lovells springs (the shocks I wanted were not in stock, so I just ordered a set of stronger springs). I received the set fairly quick (1 week shipment from Poland to the Netherlands). The surprise came when I opened the package. The springs were packed together in the boxes with no protection, Resulting is a lot of damage to the coating. (poor manufacturer quality and them smashing against each other). Also there was rust on them already and other imperfections. When I order a new product I expect them to be new, and not looking worse than the ones that are on my car already for 15 years It took weeks and a lot of emails to finally agree for the shop to take them back. They kept offering me a discount on future purchases. This however does not solve the problem with the springs and also why would I buy something again only to expect bad quality items again ?! I gave them the option to recoat the springs here in Holland and for them to pay for that, but they refused. I then send back the damaged new springs waiting for a new replacement set. Almost 2 months after my initial order I received the replacement set, again from Lovells. This time packed better, but again, once I opened the box and inspected the springs in detail there was a lot of coating damage Lovells actually put their tag with the model number over a big damaged part (on all 4 springs) to cover up their mess. The springs are absolute rubbish/inferior quality, what a huge disappointment !!! I will never recommend LOVELLS springs to anyone !! (especially after having installed them in the mean time and the ride comfort being terrible, with the correct weight specs having been taken into consideration (100kg extra front / 100-300kg extra rear). I had to spend another 100 Euro to get them recoated/treated so they dont rust away due to the damage on them already. I requested from the shop to refund me the return shipping cost of the 1st damaged set I send back, they refused they said it was for my account. I tried again and again until the point where they just didnt reply anymore So to anyone that reads this. Be warned !!! This shop Opony 4x4 sells damaged parts and then expects the customer to pay for any costs that occur with trying to rectify this. I guess it is normal practice for them: Sell rubbish / no responsibility A proper/good shop would inspect items before selling/sending them and at least take responsibility if something goes wrong, not this shop! Never again !!! Waste of time and money in the end !!
