Myself and my girlfriend had a fantastic stay at the hotel, but sadly it came to a very worrying end. To start with they tried to take 5 deposits. I totally understand that they need to take a deposit, but 5 for all different amounts?! Luckily, my girlfriend moved all the money out of her account before they could take all the payments. We put this down to a mistake. The whole stay was absolutely wonderful, but after checking out is when things started to take a turn for the worse. The hotel has taken the full payment 3 times, again for all different but similar amounts. This has totally wiped out my girlfriends account leaving her with no money, and now putting the account into a charged un-arranged overdraft. The hotel has said the money will be back in the account in 30 days, which is obviously not good enough. Now theyve gone silent. Verdict. The hotel is fantastic. Unless you have a couple of thousand British pounds which you dont mind letting them keep for a while, Id avoid at all costs unfortunately. Very sad to be writing this after such a wonderful trip to the beautiful city of Krakow!
Had such a poor experience with the financial side with this hotel. Before staying, they said they needed a deposit, but something seemed to go wrong and they tried to take the money 5 times. Luckily, after the 3rd time I moved all of my money out of my account so the payments would be declined. But even worse, since we checked out, they messed up the payments again and have ended up taking the full amount from me 3 times. This has left me with no money in my account and their only explanation is it doesn't look like it on their side. They still have a piece of paper with my card details on which they refuse to destroy and it's just making me really worried about what other money they will take. Its not worth the risk to stay here, I'd go to one of the other luxury hotels in Krakow until they sort out how they do payments. It seems others have had the same issue when I mentioned it so they're obviously doing something very wrong.
Une nuit inoubliable, tant lhôtel est magnifique ! Tout est moderne, grande chambre, belle hauteur sous plafond, literie très confortable. La salle de bain était aussi très agréable. La situation idéale pour visiter la vieille ville. Nous reviendrons !

With great concern I have learned the cleanliness of the room did not meet your expectations. I have discussed it with our Housekeeping team. We pay a lot of attention to this element of service. It could have been the do-not-disturb sign pressed on the control panel that suggested this service to be minimized to changing towels only. Our records show the room was made throughout your stay. We will review our procedures and pay additional attention to the cleaning processes. I am sorry for the temporary water shortage in the morning this was caused by the malfunction of one of our supply systems which was repaired within 20 minutes. Considering the lengthy check-out we are always ready to cater for the special needs of our Guests. This sometimes requires additional time which was the case to proces your request. Wir haben das beste Appartement für ca. 500 EUR pro Nacht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt, kein Wasser morgens, 45 Minuten brauchten sie beim Auschecken. Wir haben 2 Kindern unter 4! Das Appartement war nicht vorbereitet für sie. Nie wieder. Wir sind bedient.
