The only reason why I'm giving two stars is that they had inventory on hand and the man that seemed to be part of the company was polite. The reason why I'm eating this company so poorly is the ABSOLUTE WRETCHED customer service I just received from the woman with short hair and glasses. I've written countless reviews on Google - feel free to check - and the majority are highly positive. Here is what I mean: - she sits in an office (cubicle) adjacent to the front desk with a glass wall, her back is facing whenthe front counter and as she speaks to customers she doesn't even look at them - expecting them to realize she's talking to them as she talks on the phone - when she does speak to people, she's abraisive and rude - when she spoke to colleagues she seemed to have nothing but complaints and issues with anything she had to do - when I asked her to please repeat because my Polish is not good she repeated rolled her eyes - the fact that I brought in the parts I needed to be replaced rather than a specific model number was a big problem for her - in terms of appearance, she was sloppily dressed - just a little addition to her unprofessional behavior Luckily place next door (Rolimex) was there, had exactly what I needed, for a better price, and a FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL attitude. My recommendation - encourage her to find a job somewhere else where she doesn't have to interact with anyone.
