Was very happy with the jucier that i buy from this company but the customers service is terrible, send several email in 4 months and didn't get any answer, the product was on guarantee still. Ask even my friends in Poland to call them on the phone, but still nothing. Also i contact the company that represent them in my country and they didn't answer to them either. Very disappointed and don't know what to do now.

I purchesed a product from the company 2 years ago. It got broken 3 month before 2 year garantee expired (pics attached). Since then I tried to contact the company 2 times via email (pics attached), via messanger on official FB page (pics attached), multiple times tried to reach out to them on the phone - nobody piked up and via local representatives of the company - also no reply from the company to them. Awful service, very bad and unprofessional behaviour. They also lying in the revievs (pics attached) and this company has such a low standards, they even trying to raise their own rating by adding photo with 5 stars (pics attached). Highly regret buing from them

ho ricevuto l'aspirapolvere senza sacco ed è una delusione voglio i miei soldi indietro riprendetevi l'apparecchio o vi denuncio alle autorità L'azienda è la vostra ed a me sul cartone mi risulta il vostro brand controllate a chi avete venduto l'apparecchio e mi fare restituire i soldi che mi hanno/avete rubato
