Dear Guests, we would like to comment on the opinion left. Firstly, we would like to emphasize that each opinion is valuable to us and we draw conclusions from each of them. In response to the opinion: 1. parking in the city center is usually not easy because we have continuous development, and it is an old town and the hotel is adapted in an old nineteenth century tenement house, most hotels in this area do not have parking spaces at all. In our facility, we provide parking spaces directly at the hotel entrance at the back of the building or in the underground car park 100 meters from the entrance. 2.If there were any shortcomings in the cleanliness of the room, we are very sorry, we try to take care of cleanliness and it is a particularly important element of service for us, as evidenced by the reviews, e.g. on the Booking portal, where our cleanliness score is 9.4 / 10 3. Taking care of the natural environment, our facility does not use disposable cosmetics, we use soaps and shower gel with shampoo, the so-called 2in1 in reusable dispensers and these are high-quality cosmetics from LAPE. 4. For the inconvenience of a temporary lack of hot water, we offered breakfast free of charge. However, you demanded a refund of the entire amount and staying in the hotel, i.e. a free stay, unfortunately we do not use such solutions in our facility. 5. Despite a non-refundable reservation, we offered you another hotel with a refund for the unused night. We would like to emphasize that each opinion is a reason for us to improve our services, but we cannot agree to such a negative review that contradicts most of the opinions and ratings of our guests.

As many others have stated: the poor experience begins with bad parking - the directions are very confusing and the spaces tight and limited. My spot had a big hole in the ground too. The room didnt delight with cleanliness. The tub had dirt and hair in it and sink had soap stains on it. The only toiletries were hand soap and shower gel, that means no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, and the shower detergent made both of us itchy. Most importantly: there was no hot water! Wed get into the shower and literally after three minutes the water would run cold. We complained each and every time after which the water would come back just to be cold again in a couple of hours. Staff was defensive and did nothing to accommodate this major issue. I was told Im the only one with a problem, implying Im making it up, yet I spoke with some guests confirming they too have no hot water We left early and requested a refund for the remaining days. The receptionist hassled is saying she cant do that right until we threatened to issue a credit card chargeback: suddenly she was able to process our refund just fine! We had plenty of patience and gave them an opportunity to make it right, they didnt take it. Edit: Contrary to the Owners response, I did not request a refund for both days of my stay. I asked for a partial refund due to the lack of hot water. I was also not offered a stay at another hotel. I was also not offered a refund for the second day. I checked out early, and the front desk person said they didnt know whether I would get a refund on the second day until I told them a chargeback would be issued if they tried to charge me for the day I wasnt staying. The only thing he wrote that holds true is that I was offered a free breakfast, but Im uncertain how that makes up for having to ask the front desk for permission to take a shower or use the hot water. I also never spoke to the owner, only the front desk person.

I had the same experience as the previous 1 star reviewer. Would have hot water for 3-5 minutes, would talk to the receptionist who said she would turn on the cold downstairs and to wait 10 minutes. I would go back upstairs and it would be scalding hot for about 20 minutes before running cold again. Happened 3 times. After the third time, i just decided to check out early. Initially receptionist said they werent sure if I would get a refund for the day I wasnt staying, until I said if they charged me for both Id issue a chargeback with my credit card. Then she called the manager. They ended up refunding me in cash and argued with me about the actual price of the hotel stay and never refunded the 60 PLN for the second days parking. Edit: I dont know what the owner is talking about. I at no point requested a refund for my time stayed. I just asked to check out early and requested a refund for the second day (since I wouldnt be there). I was also never offered a stay at another hotel.

Cieszymy się, że lokalizacja oraz wyposażenie apartamentu przypadło Państwu do gustu. Ze swojej strony serdecznie przepraszamy za interwencję przed godziną 22. Niemniej jednak na interwencje ze strony lokatorów budynku nie mamy wpływu. Sami interweniujemy po godzinie 22:00 w razie hałasu, bądź skarg. Według regulaminu nie należy organizować jakiegokolwiek rodzaju przyjęć w apartamentach.

Lokalizacja świetna, pokoje na bardzo wysokim standardzie. Wygodne łóżka i wysokiej klasy meble. Minusem jest to, że wokół mieszkają lokatorzy (nie inni ludzie, którzy wynajęli pokój na np weekend), którzy są bardzo, ale to bardzo uciążliwi. Straszą policją już przed 22, mimo, że wcale głośno nie jest. Miejsce jest położone w centrum, więc siłą rzeczy musi bywać głośno. Wrażenie raczej pozytywne, nie mniej jednak odradzam młodym ludziom.
