One of the worst booking experiences Ive ever had. You can definitely find much better place in the area for the same price. Dirty room, the place really requires renovation, dirty walls, bad smell from the toilet, very small bathroom, the furniture also needs renovation. The only good thing was the bed - it was clean. Far below my expectations. I couldnt even stay there, and had to move to another apartment not far away, which was ideal. And no refund was received - Ive lost the whole booking fee for 5 nights.

If you request to stay on a certain date a few days prior to arrival, you may find that the property may be fully booked. This is a normal situation in our industry and should be understandable. Please be mindful that as we are trying to provide our Guests with the best customer service, we are unable to do so while being yelled at and treated without decency.

Shady owner; promises things and when try to confirm reservation after some questions through mail, he suddenly doesnt respond anymore ON PURPOSE. Dont be fooled by the so-called friendliness of Andrezj, cause it is definitely not genuine. Also, he blocked my number after a phone call, which I made to sort out things properly. Never treated this bad by a hotel-owner. DONT GO HERE.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but nice and the room was very spacious. Only issue we had was the amount of noise throughout the night. Noise travels too well in this hotel and insulation isn't very good so you can hear literally everything in the hallway and next door. Other than the noise, everything else was fine. Don't think I'd stay here for a long period again, but maybe for the one or two nights in the future. Thank you.
