Nunca he puesto una reseña pero después de esta experiencia no me queda otra... Yo ya llevo mucho pedidos aquí todo ha ido normal y bien . Hasta este ultimo pedido que ha sido una VERGÜENZA. Resulta que yo hice el pedido a mediados de octubre y me ponia que llegaria para mediados de noviembre. llego noviembre y aquí no llegaba nada asique decidí ponerme en contacto con ellos, me pidieron disculpas que no sabía lo que había pasado con el pedido pero que aún no habían empezado y que ese producto mínimo eran diez días para producirlo . De acuerdo le dije que tenía bastante prisa ya que es el packaging de Navidad y perdería mucha ventas si no lo puedo lanzar. Dicen que harán lo que puedan que me prometen que estará aquí para el 9 de diciembre. Ya es escandaloso el 9 de diciembre. Escribo esta reseña a dia 10 de diciembre, sin recibir respuesta de packhelp y sin recibir la mercancía. Por cierto cobrada desde el primer instante, y no es una pequeña cantidad. ES VERGONZOSO. Puede haber errores y lo entiendo pero no contestar, marear, ignorar... es una vergüenza

Hello Ati, Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. It is exactly this kind of information which Packhelp takes seriously to best address the needs of our clients. First, to clarify, Packhelp is based within the EU. This information is stated explicitly in several places on our website, including the Terms of Service, the "Brexit" article, and at checkout. Second, the production lead times and deadlines are based on when the start of physically producing and constructing the project actually begin. In order for the production process to officially begin, every specification and design aspect of the project must be confirmed between the client, the production team, and the sales specialist overseeing the order. It will not be possible for the production to begin, when the final project has not yet been finalized. In your case, as your desired project is outside of the scope of our standard offer range, packaging designs for custom projects are not possible to create within the online editor and will therefore require a custom quotation for the project. For this, our website will automatically direct you to a page where you can input your desired project specifications to receive the custom quotation and/or provide a ready design. Though the order was placed and paid on October 22nd, due to our assisting you with the design, the design was confirmed finally almost 1 month later, which then allowed us to begin the production process on November 17th. In accordance with the start date of production, the printing concluded on December 14th, in line with the standard production time and on December 15th the very next day, the goods were prepared for shipment and dispatched to the courier company. The packaging was then delivered to you on December 22nd, within the standard delivery of 3-5 business days for all shipments to your location during this time and as evidenced on the tracking, there was no delay during shipment because this order was shipped before the official launch of Brexit. The order was still produced and delivered within the standard timelines. Once you received the order, we were very saddened to hear that it showed some signs of damage from transit. In order to have an idea of the full extent of the issue, we requested for you to confirm how many of the boxes displayed signs of damage in accordance with complaints protocol. Naturally, it would have been brought up to the courier company to investigate. Thanks to your estimation, it was established that around 2.5% of the boxes showed some signs of damage. In result, it was then agreed between yourself and Packhelp to prepare a refund in the value of this portion in total that was damaged plus the additional 90 extra custom boxes which were already sent with your order without charge. Further to your complaint about the construction, when it was brought to our attention that you were experiencing an issue folding the boxes, according to your attachments, it was confirmed that the construction issue which you have experienced assembling was in result of the method which it was folded, to no fault of your own, of course. That is why we provided you with an exact tutorial highlighting how to fold the mailer boxes. However, as evidenced in your video after this point which shows how you folded the boxes, it has shown that the boxes were still not being folded correctly. In this case, naturally we cannot to assume responsibility of the remaining usable boxes due to misuse of product evidenced in your attachments. With that being said, we are of course, deeply sorry that your experience with us did not feel so smooth. However please note that all parts of the order, production, and complaint process were addressed immediately with the appropriate solutions according to Packhelp Terms of Service, as well as EU trade regulations. Received 10.000 boxes that cannot be used! Not fit for purposese I have not had a good experience with packhelp at all. I have had a business since 2009 and have had to deal with ordering packaging for my products for all these years and never have I encountered a company as bad as this. Before I ordered I made sure that I was able to design my own box. I explained my background and that I did not have any graphic design experience or special program, I was promised this was possible with packhelps software and canva. After I made my order I found out that this was in fact NOT possible. Never the less I did design my box and sent it to them. After packhelp received this they were very negative and made me feel like I was a burden to them. They did not finalise the design in the timeframe I was promised and they blamed this on me. Although I had given them the design on time. TRANSPORT: It took a long time due to border issues (THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY). When my shipment got here I could see that the packaging was put directly onto small pallets. The packaging was then wrapped with plastic. No protection at all. Needless to say the shipment arrived with significant damages and loose boxes in the truck. All of this info and pictures have been sent to packhelp. After having a closer look we could see that the foil that was put on the boxes was falling off or not put properly on them. -pics sent to packhelp Unfortunately the tragedy does not stop here. When assembling the box we found out that the sides that are supposed to click into place and hold the box together simply did not do this. We tried everything to make the box stay folded. This is simply impossible. I have got 10.000 boxes that I am not able to use. Packhelp do not care about this. I have sent them videos and pictures showing this. It is easy to see that there is a fault with the way they have cut the box. But they simply told me there was no problem. They sent me a video showing how to fold a box. We watched this and did the EXACT same thing, same methods we were asked to use and STILL THE BOX WOULD NOT STAY IN PLACE. We filmed this and sent to them again. From my own experience I can tell you that; Firstly they are not as user friendly as they say they are, Secondly they ship boxes that are not fit for purpose and they do not care. I wish I had found the reviews on trustpilot before I ordered as I can see that too many others have had problems with this company. I want to make it clear that I made a video where packhelp could see from beginning to end the way we folded the box. EXACTLY like the way packhelp instructed us to do and STILL the box did not hold up in place and could not be closed. According to packhelps own terms and conditions packhelp promises to deliver goods that are FIT FOR PURPOSE. This was not the case with the 10.000 boxes I ordered. There is simply NO WAY that packhelp can deny there is a problem with the boxes. It is EVIDENT in the videos I sent to them. They simply have NOT INTEREST in helping me. Sending a video and telling me that I have folded the box the wrong way!!! It is not rocket science and the videos I sent shows that the boxes are being folded EXACTLY like packhelp instruct. PLEASE.... just stay away from this company.
