Very disappointed with this massage parlour. in a closet, you can’t even call it a room, where the massage is done very coldly. instead of a 2-hour massage, I managed to lie there for only an hour, because it was cold, it was impossible to relax. bad couch, very hard, because of this, the face was pressed hard, it was impossible to lie down. I also want to note that it was quite light, which also made it possible to relax. and perhaps the most unpleasant - I heard everything that happened behind the screen in the next closet, how they massaged another person, unnecessary conversations, heard what was happening in the corridor and near the entrance, I could hear people making payments with a card. I do not recommend this place to anyone, it is impossible to relax and get "relaxation". очень разочарована выбором этого массажного салона. в коморке, даже комнатой это не назвать,где делается массаж очень холодно. вместо 2 часового массажа я осилила пролежать там только час, потому что было холодно, невозможно было расслабиться. плохая кушетка, очень твердая, из за этого сильно надавило лицо, лежать было невозможно. так же хочу отметить что было достаточно светло, что так же давало расслабиться. и пожалуй самое неприятное - я слышала все что происходило за ширмой в соседней коморке, как делали массаж другому человеку, лишние разговоры, слышала что происходило в коридоре и возле входа , было слышно как люди делают расчет картой. Никому не советую это место , невозможно расслабится и получить «релакс».

I had a full body herbal stamps massage with head and face massage. That was the most awkward face massage i ever had! The lady was very aggressively massaging my nose which is no relaxing or comfortable at all, massaging my eyeballs again very weird and absolutely not beneficial! The whole experience of the spa is not what I would expect for the price, waiting in a bathrobe in the reception in a hotel corridor next to a glass door that looks at the street. Not being offered water before or after the massage. Spa itself had a salt room with 4 reclining chairs out of which only one was working. Steam room with no steam. Pool and sauna are nice.

I stayed in this hotel and unfortunately decided to use the Spa area the last day of the stay. I took my Pandora bracelet off that has a enormous sentimental value for me, and placed it in the locker room, after which it was gone. I called the hotel reception in the spa of 5h and every time i needed to explain what happened (meaning that nobody in these 5 hours has 1. Done anything, 2nd even spoke to anyone between departments). I pointed that the bracelet can be either in the locker or between the dirty towels, since i was moving things around the locker and mixing them with towels, for which reason these are the only places. At 9 am i am receiving the follow up call from the Spa area saying they are opening at 10 am and that they will start cleaning the area and look in lundry and the locker room, and that they will call me back soon. 10:30 I am calling again since i didnt get any information on my case, and I am being informed that nobody has yet checked the areas that I explained, but also THAT MY LOCKER IS CURRENTLY IN USE. And they need time to check???!! I was prepared that I won't find it, but what boils my blood is that my hands were tied and I was not taken seriously - NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME. It was unbelievable how unattentive and uninterested the staff was. I said over the phone that I am crying the whole morning and that I only want to be taken seriously and get help on this, to which I was told that I am not sure that this is where I lost it even though I explained 50 times that I took it off myself and placed it there, not simply lost it somewhere. The only thing they say is "I understand" even though they clearly dont understand, that the more time we wait, the less chance there is to find the bracelet. Moreover in those 5h in which I called, especially during the cleaning time NOBODY COULD OPEN MY LOCKER UNTIL IT WAS IN USE? So yes - case closed, my bracelet is stolen. By the way this case was taken so lightly, I would unfortunately not be surprised if some of the staff was involved. I am utterly mad, disappointed and sad. I hope others learn from this experience and that both hotel and the spa will step up their customers service and work on their morals.
