Dear Mariya, During your one-night stay you did not say a word you did not like the room. If you did not like the room you could just have come to me and said this. For sure I would have given you some discount or even refunded you and you could have moved somwhere else. I am flexible and aware of the fact that not everyone has to like our old fashioned style. We really prefer when guests say at the very begining that they do not like something beacuse we still have time to react and try to improve it but how can we do sth when we read the complains after the check out time. I just would like to add here that the car park we suggested you cost 35 zlotys per day day and not 50 zlotys and it is for sure one of the cheapest ones in the Old Town and located very close. I am sorry but it is not easy and very expensive to have some parking spots here since there is very little space. It is typical for big cities and many common place like ours. Находится центре города, но его убожеская обстановка с завышенной ценой не спасает. Вонючие ковры, по которым мусорка уже лет 20 плачет, эти зачуханые полы, окна и главная фишка - салфеточки! Паркинга своего нет, вам придется ставить машину за 50 злотых. Смотрим фото и решаем сами. Я не рекомендую.

Отличная локализация самый центр Кракова ,красивый уютный дворик ,приятный и приветливый персонал , нас селил (Marek) ,очень приятный и готов был всегда помочь ,интересовался чего не хватает ,если что-то нужно было тут же приносил ,уютный и тёплый номер ,в старом стиле ,но нам очень понравилось ,доступная цена ,мы прожили там ровно неделю

Ten hotel ma same zalety: położenie, spokój i bezpieczeństwo, czystość jakiej dawno nie widziałam w takich miejscach. Po prostu dbałość o gościa. Świetny personel. To stara, zabytkowa kamienica więc nie ma windy, ale to rekompensuje piękny, zielony w lecie dziedziniec. Polecam!!!

Dear Radu, I am sorry you were not satisfied with the solution we use. I am not able now (since it already 4 months after your stay) to find your reservation (probabily it was also made for a different name) to verify it but just would like to add that many low-budget accommodation use such solutions to be more flexible and ready to accept bookings with different bed preferences. I am sure you remember that our beds and mattresses stick together and there is no separation between. There are also special grapples that keep them very close and we put one big sheet on the beds so it creates one big bed but sure I agree this is not one big mattress... At the end I just would like to add that I am sorry but see that in fact there was just one thing you were not satisfied so I assume that other factors like location, staff, cleanlines etc were completely fine... so I am just not able to understand why one factor decides about the overall rate to be the lowest one possible. stayed there in march. I booked a room with a double bed. I got 2 single beds pushed together. the receptionist told me that's what they consider a double bed.
