I had a very regretful experience with Deco Rent. It was for my wedding. I made a reservation online, and as the preparations developed I didn't need the reservation anymore. I tried to cancel with advance and I was told that refunds are not possible at all, which is honestly an abusive policy. A partial refund should be possible at least, but they did not negotiate. I also was told on the phone that the store could deliver my orders since they were big, and the mail fee would be bigger than the order itself. Just after reservation they of course refused to deliver, and offered a deliver for 500 PLN. During this whole process I had to wait several days to get an email replied or a phone picked up. Horrible communications at all times. Then after this, I finally negotiated a replacement order with the same amount and I picked it out myself. I choose a fabric wall and the LOVE light letters. The love letters worked, but, the painting was not fresh and some letters were damaged in the back. Biggest problem was that the fabric was stored and delivered in a plastic box, and the fabric was in such conditions that I could not use in the wedding reception. Also, the legs that sustain the wall are in horrible conditions of painting. Very old. I feel like if I rented something, it should be ready to be used, without extra steps. That's why I'm renting: to make my life easier, and at anytime Deco Rent made my life easier. I tried to explain what happened and ask for a partial refund since I could not use the fabric in my wall. The staff refused it. When I was speaking, the staff was at the same time dealing with something else and I felt ignored and speaking to the walls. They said that we were informed that ironing the fabric was necessary, but, it's a lie. We were never informed of such thing. After all it's your decision if you will hire them. Just to let you know: the client and you wedding/event means nothing to them. They are just interested in your money and offer a horrible product for it, and you cannot get out of it. I don't recommend. I regret. Shame on you. You should do better.
