To make a long story short...AVOID, IF YOU CAN! I have found a very interesting house on their website and contacted one of their agents. We got in touch and visited the house, which was presented as a house with clear legal status and known solid owner. I have trusted the agent, as a reliable business partner, therefore got really surprised, once I have asked to be provided with the details of K.W. That day I found out, that the owner of the house is someone different, as presented owner was going through divorce and he has donated the house to his mother, in order to avoid the financial difficulties during the above mentioned divorce. I am not about to judge the moral aspect of the move, but the fact we were not informed about by the agent is far away from professional service of any kind. Not mentioning the fact, I have found out there is a mortgage on the house at the very same moment. The agent was not able to provide me with any kind of legal document to prove the official owner is aware of the transaction, as he has never seen her before. I was still patient waiting for the situation to be clarified, which has taken several weeks, being told by the agency, that I can sign the contract with the official owner (mother). Meanwhile the divorce got over, which has brought some kind of clarification, but another confusion, also. I was provided with the legal documentation, which has proven, that the ex-wife of earlier presented owner has no rights concerning the offered house, but she is the owner of most of the furniture and equipment inside, even though I was presented with the house being told, that most of the things were about to stay in current state. I did contact the owner of the house (son) and was surprised by his answer, that the agency knew about that fact since the beginning of their cooperation. Therefore, the agent either forgot...or most probably, just lied at the house presentation. With the divorce being over, I was informed, that the deal we were offered by the agency, that we will sign the contract with the current official owner (mother), does not work anymore and I need to wait for another transaction, donation from mother back to son, in order to buy the house. And I was patient, again. Finally, all got finished later on and my wife has signed the reservation, as I was on a business trip abroad and we did not want to prolong the transaction any more. Not even asking for the financial compensation reflecting the complications caused by the situation. It has started to look suspicious, as the agency did not mark the offer as "RESERVED", but was still offering the house. What a surprise it was, receiving an SMS a week after, that the contract between the agency and the house owner is terminating. That moment, I was not really sure what is going on, but being on a business trip in China, I have decided to deal with the situation after my return. I did not have a chance to do that, unfortunately. Few days later we were presented with the information, that there is another client who has offered higher price and we should start searching for other house. The fact, that the agency advised us about the situation via SMS to my wife, which is going through the very last month of her pregnancy was something, let's be straight forward, disgusting. All this situation and the approach of the agency pushed me into reporting my serious disappointment with the service provided.
