Dear Piotr, since we value security highly I would like to explain the procedure once more. All the reservations done in the hotel need to have a credit card given in order to secure the status of the booking. It is obvious - You give Your cc details while making a reservation on our page, on any other supplier (booking / expedia) and You do it via secure connection there. You made Your reservation via phone, but the procedure remains the same - we still need a cc detail in order to confirm Your reservation. You cannot give those details while on the phone (since we don't have Your written permision to charge it) so the only way is to have it written. In order to secure the procedure we don't accept it written (to avoid data theft due to unsecure connection) - we suggest a picture of the cc details so our hosts will read it and use it in Your reservation. But we always suggest using our direct page to do so. We are sorry that You feel that we cannot be trusted although we did everything to make sure Your details are secured. We hope that next time, when You will have finally a chance to visit our hotel in person, Your opinion will be more favorable and fair towards our property. They asked for credit card data along with CVV number to be sent in plain text by email after confirming the reservation. This kind of cavalier attitude to financial security and regulations means they can't be trusted with any sensitive data.

Pretty design and view, interesting features in the room. The mattress was very comfortable. I didn't like the fact that design of the bathroom resulted in compleded flood in my bathroom after 10 minuts of shower. The hotel offers harder version of pillow, I like such pillows so I ask for one and it was according to me a disaster. The pillow was too high and not adjuested to sleeping in any position. Good hotel but not for the money

Przyjemny, nowoczesny wystrój. Sprawne zameldowanie i fajne udogodnienia. Plus za dobrą kawę o dowolnej godzinie w cenie pokoju. Sam pokój mały. Brakuje lodówki. Łazienka za ciasna dla 2 osób i bez żadnych półek. Widok na patio bez szału. Można znaleźć porównywalny standard i lokalizację dużo taniej.

Das neue Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Rande der Altstadt von Wrozław/Breslau. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und in jeder Hinsicht eine Augenweide. Bereits im Vorfeld der Anreise erkundigt sich das Hotelmanagement nach speziellen Wünschen der Gäste und setzt offenbar alles daran, diese zu erfüllen. Der Service beim Check In ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Das Zimmer war etwas klein mit gläserner Naßzelle, jedoch ausgesprochen gemütlich, vor allem aber herausragend sauber und ruhig. Das Bett war herrlich bequem. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.
