Dzień dobry, artysta nie może wykonywać kopii czyjejś pracy. Zawsze tworzymy autorskie projekty na podstawie inspiracji i wymagań naszych klientów. Nie zgodziła się Pani na żadne zmiany we wzorze, więc musieliśmy odmówić wykonania kopii. Mamy minimalną cenę w studio, na którą składa się wiele czynników, a nie samo wykonanie tatuażu- stąd cena za jeden tatuaż. Cieszymy się, że wykonany tatuaż spotkał się z Pani zadowoleniem :)

The tattoo as such is great, i love it. Also the tattoo artist was really nice. However, I sent them pictures of the tattoos I wanted to get like 2 days before and they said okay yeah, it costs like that much. So i showed up at my appointment and then i saw that they weren’t about to do what I had sent them, but rather something what they drew. I said that this was not what I sent them and they said they don‘t copy things from the internet, instead they change it (which is fine btw.) However, they didn’t tell me anything before, so I couldn’t possibly know that they don’t do what I wanted. So their communication was just really really bad. And on top of that, they charged me 2/3 of the original price, even though I only got a little lettering (which took 20min to tattoo) and not the big other one, which was the major part of my tattoo session. I‘m quite disappointed. This is an addition/the answer to your answer because I cant answer properly on your answer (google won´t let me comment your answer): You are missing my point. I literally said that if you don´t copy work, it´s totally fine. My point is, that you didn´t communicate anything at all. First of all, you didn´t communicate that you don´t tattoo exactly what I sent to you. Second of all, you didn´t communicate that there is a minimus price/ what the minimum price is. Third of all, you didn´t say that it will be "around 600 Złoty", instead you said "that will cost 600 Złoty". So you should definitely work on your communication on how and what you communicate because this is not right, how you treated me. I mean, you have to say it yourself: 400 Złoty for a tiny lettering which took 20 minutes to tattoo is way to much!

Some popular tattoo artists may take longer to respond due to the high volume of messages they receive, or simply due to lack of time given the substantial workload associated with tattooing and designing projects. ***update for response*** Hi, I think you made a mistake, she didn’t reply to me at all :). It’s Wiktoria Wierzbicka. I can even send a screen if you’d like. Thank you 😊 I sent a query to 1 worker at this place regarding tattoo, but she never answered me back. So I don't recommend this unfortunately, because even if you are good at your job but not having a good communication with customer, who’s coming?
