The hotel has a good location close to old Town and Planty Park 5 min from the old Town Square. It is next to team stop and store with food. There are some restaurants in the area too. Rooms have different sizes but they have high ceilings. Rooms facing the street are noisy. One cannot talk if windows are open. Bathrooms are modern but very small. One can barely move around in the shower cabin. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay (hotel claims it is because of covid rules but it might be due to limited staff). Top halfs of the walls were covered with black wall paper which makes the room spooky and dark. We had the light on during the day in the summer. The bathroom smelled when we checked in and it was due to dry urine stains on the floor as I later saw. Curtains were quite dirty and stained too. Rooms have basic cheap furniture in futuristic design. Beds are comfortable though. It is nice that there was kettle and fridge in the room but tea bags were only provided on the first day. Breakfast was fresh, good coffee from machine but no sweet buns or croissants. It is ok. hotel for one night if you do not expect service.

Quarto mal isolado, a janela não fechava totalmente, ouvia todo o ruído dos carros e dos camiões vindo da rua, que inclusive me acordava a meio da noite. Os lençóis da cama estavam constantemente a sair, o que deixava o colchão sempre exposto, desconfortável O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, um pouco fraco. Mesmo com o ar condicionado o quarto é abafado durante a noite. O quarto tem imenso pó, penso eu vindo das carpetes

It is a shame to build another floor that such drastically differ from the main building. You just destroyed the architecture.
