Umawiając się na masaz dla dwojga cena miała być całkiem inna niż się okazało na miejscu po masażu! moj maz musiał iść do bankomatu bo nie było możliwości płatnością kartą!!! Płatność tylko gotówką. Zwykla pralnia pieniędzy Naciąganie takie klientów ze az wstyd powinno być tej pani co siedzi za tym biurkiem gdzie jak wszędzie powinien być terminal na płatności kartą.

The worst service and attitude to clients I have ever experienced. I was in this saloon several times and three times I had a problems with the saloon. The first time I was there I was confused with an accommodation. You lay just next to 4 other people and can hear everything they talk, do, whisper, talk on their phone, walk next to your headBecause the only border between all of you is a piece of curtain. Also I book it through the website where is an information thy they accept cards, cash and all kinds of payments. But when you come there you just read on their door only cash. And they didnt warn about it via email or call. Also another time I came and found that I didnt have an appointment because a form on their website didnt work and I just waste my time coming there. And the girl on reception said that we cant do anything but can write you to another day. So I came again. And I really liked the master there, so I decided to give another chance to this saloon. But today was again the problem with my booking. I came and girl on the reception said that we didnt confirm your appointment, you should call us. And we found that their email just went to spam. And they sometimes have such kind problem. Okay, then a question why do you have a website with online reservation and incorrect information about payment methods?. Looks like this saloon really dont care about the customers and dont want to have a regular clients. And after I had all of these situations, I came the last time and was late for 8 minutes, because of traffic jams but the receptionist says that we need to cut this time from your massage because we have next client just exactly after you. So how do you manage your schedule? You even dont think to reserve any space for changing clients.
