Dear Geetanjali, We're very sorry to hear your experience learning Polish with us didn't meet your expectations. Once again, apologies that you received incorrect information that your replacement teacher would be permanent - there was a misunderstanding between the teacher and our manager in this distressing time of war. You made an informed and conscious decision to start individual lessons based on a detailed description of the individual course, its benefits and the long-term goals. It was purely your choice to reject our recommendation to repeat the group course and pay for individual classes instead. Our team always listens to students voices, conducts surveys among our Polish learners on a regular basis, takes into consideration all feedback and suggestions and most importantly takes proper steps to improve not only the learning process, but also the entire customer journey experience. You attended and paid for 6 high-quality one-to-one lessons that took place in February, March and April, and the money went to the teachers for their time. During this time, we received no comments from you regarding the teaching method or dissatisfaction with the approach to the process. After your complaints that included demanding a refund for a class you forgot to attend, for the last 2 weeks weve been conducting e-mail correspondence with you and doing our best to resolve the situation peacefully. Weve sent long emails with our arguments listed and the documents attached including our Terms & Conditions which you had accepted. Our communication turned out to be ineffective due to hostile language and lack of logical arguments from your side. All our arguments and clarifications being rejected by you, we have decided to terminate our cooperation. Wishing you to find a school that meets your expectations. Best of luck learning Polish!

Very unprofessional and unethical approach. I have done 3 semesters (group class)and I failed 3rd Semester with only 2 marks and they dint promoted me to 4th one saying I should do more practice and recommended/forced me to do individual classes by them and I paid 2400 for for individual classes but due to Ukraine War my clasess for not done properly and also replacement teacher was given. It was told to be that they it will my new permanent but the another teacher was not informed. Finally I got half of my money without getting and proper learning which was the original idea. They dint even call me to check the how fit me to other courses. Very unprofessional and rude staff. empty apologies which only cost me 1000zl for nothing.

I began classes with Spoko Polish in October 2020. I came into the course with next-to-no knowledge of Polish, and I was nervous about the prospect of starting to learn an entirely new language. I opted for the online course, and it ended up working out really well. I have a wonderful teacher who is incredibly patient and always willing to answer our questions. The classes seemed long at first glance, but often the time flies by. I am looking forward to my second semester with Spoko Polish!

I completed a package of individual lessons and am now almost at the completion of a semester with Spoko Polish. I can absolutely recommend classes with them. Not only are the teachers extremely encouraging, they are creative and innovative in their methods. Example: Quizlet to learn vocabulary words, and a childrens story book to experience the flair of everyday spoken polish language. Remembering some grammar rules cannot be avoided, but they certainly teach it in a way that is easier to remember and understand. Anyone struggling to learn the language, should try the spoko polish way!

Transforms learning a challenging language into a fun experience. I tried other methods and felt I was getting nowhere. I am on my first semester but I already feel that I am making significant progress.
