I spent $320 usd for a tour by myself to Auschwitz. It didnt happen, this travel agency is not responsible for any delays, car maintenance/trouble. The tour will go on without you. The tour guide had already finished seeing Auschwitz-1 and when I arrived I had 10 minutes to go with them to see Auschwitz-2/Berkeanu before I had to do a self guided tour for Auschwitz-1. The driver (who was rude and pushy) gave me a English guide book to Auschwitz, dropped me off to explore. I only had 30 minutes before closing to explore Auschwitz. I spent 10 hours in the car (5 hours there and back) and only 30 minutes seeing Auschwitz. What happens if a flat tire or some car trouble occurred? This company isnt responsible and I wasnt accommodated. I had a once in a lifetime chance to see Auschwitz and it was ruined today because the driver stopped to get coffee instead of keeping on the highway. They were not remorseful, they actually chuckled (the driver and Agnieszka) on the phone about how it isnt their fault. This tour was terrible with this company and I hate that I am reliving the horror now by writing this review.

My husband and I took the day tour from Warsaw to Wolfs Lair & Święta Lipka. We were picked up promptly at 0800 as scheduled and greeted by the driver/tour guide Jacek. It was a four hour drive to Wolfs Lair. The car was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival to Wolfs Lair, Jacek showed us the different bunkers or what was left of them and told us of the failed assassination attempt on Adolf Hitler that took place on July 20, 1944. After touring Wolfs Lair, we headed over to Święta Lipka to see the basilica with its Baroque architecture and to hear the famous pipe organ with its moving parts. I appreciated the effort Jacek made to ensure we would get to hear the organ concert. It was a feast for the eyes and music to the ears. Lunch was included in the price of the tour. We ate at Karczma Berta and had pierogis which were mediocre along with water which was warm, not cold. After lunch we departed for our return trip to Warsaw which took about another four hours. It made for a long day, but it was well worth the trip and money. Jacek, our driver/tour guide spoke English, but with an accent and was sometimes difficult to understand. Also, there were times he would use the name of Jesus Christ in vain out of frustration when he was driving. Being a Christian, this was offensive to me. That said, he didnt mean to offend anyone. Overall, I recommend this tour. It is in an area that is difficult to get to on your own without a car and having a guide who speaks English and can explain the area to you is a valuable asset. I am happy you appreciate most of the services during the day however I would like to refer to price issue. We investigated your case and found out that you were clearly informed (2 days before the tour) about the fact that participants who you are joining chose upgraded car. Also that the additional cost is divided between all the people in the car. Moreover, the day before the tour you replied, accepted price conditions and prepayed the tour via Paypal. We carried out Warsaw-Krakow-Auswitch with AbPoland. Our opinion is mixed. The positive: the schedules are respected, the guide of the city of Krakow was very good, interesting, empathic. Mixed: when visiting the Auswitch and Birkenau camps, the second guide had a monotonous and extremely fast verbal flow with a less comprehensible accent. Negative: The advertised rates will not be the ones you will pay. The price is announced without knowing how many participants are in the same vehicle and AbPoland will argue a vehicle upgrade (not requested). Count 25% more expensive
