I want to warn everyone about the service company Nissan in Lublin !!! I have a car Nissan Qashqai 2017 release. We were passing through Lublin (Poland), in connection with a business trip. But it so happened that along the way we pierced the wheel of the car. But it was Sunday evening and everything was closed! We spent the night in Lublin and decided to turn to the corporate salon Nissan, in Lublin. So they decided that we, as customers of the Nissan car line, would be of assistance to us! But we were very sad !!!! We arrived at the car dealership in the morning, talked to the managers of this salon !!! We asked them to help us with our problem. They refused us, they said they could not help us and sent us to the nearest services, where there is no official service and ordinary people work, making any car. We were on a flat tire, went to other services ... but there they also refused us, as other previously arrived cars were there for maintenance. We are back in service Nissan. They asked them to help us again !!!!! Car service and all garages were empty! The staff of the service went around the territory without work, looked at us with our problem and laughed !!!!! We realized that we will not help with the repair of the wheel! We decided to buy a NEW wheel !!!! BUT!!!! We also refused !!! And we left with our problem to look for other services ... We traveled for a long time to an unfamiliar city. Looking for where we can help ??? The world is not without good people!!! They helped us, but not in Nissan. I will write about it not only as a review! But I will write to the general management of the company Nissan !!!!
