CarSpecial / Jakub Kmietowicz is doing a good amateur work. But NOT a professional NOT a car lover (except brand new Mercedes, Audi or BMW) A LYING CLOWN. Only 1 start from me. After more than 10 years doing mechanic and interior renovation in Poland (Krakow & Nowy Sacz area) I am super happy with quality, lead time, and price. But this time with CarSpecial is just a mistake. For body work and paint, I have earlier tried Moto Sowa (north of Nowy Sacz) and the quality is really perfect. They loves cars. Lead time and price also very great. Problem for me, communication in English is impossible for the guy. That is why I wanted to try another place on NS. With CarSpecial / Jakub Kmietowicz, to fully rebuild a small Peugeot 106, I requested Quality, Communication, Lead time and Price. #1 Quality: Few masking problem resulting in paint on few cables/rubbers. The engine bay is painted like a child (car was delivered to him without engine) the down part of the bay was not perfectly cleaned. So, there no paint down. But there is paint on shocks, springs and suspension arms... The wiper bay is also poor quality as it is very grainy. And what to say about the color itself, which is not the perfect color at all. Depending of the light, it is sometimes going to BROWN, sometimes going to RED. But 90% of the time, the car color looks more PINK. #2 Communication: Communication is very important for me. As J.Kmietowicz was speaking english and the quality level was looking correct, I trusted him. I was requesting photo from beginning. Photo are not to control. Only to follow how the work is going ahead, and make sure what I am waiting for, is well understood. By the way, after Car Special / Jakub Kmietowicz get the car, he cut all communication. No more possible to contact him, whatever from Messenger, SMS, calls, calls to this lady in office...Impossible. #3 Lead Time: On July 1st when I went first time to Car Special, Jakub Kmietowicz himself explain in a correct english, no problem to do the car completly. It needs 2 month of work, and I can start under 2 weeks. That was perfect timing. Then, I delivered him the car on July 8. So I was expecting the car on September 20. BUT he forgot to say that they close on August. Forgot, probably not. Only LIAR. Another finish date came out from Jakub Kmietowicz: October 21 October 21 was quite ok at the end. So I took plane to be on place on October 25, to pay and take to car away. On October 25, car was not finished at all. The car was still sleeping outside waiting for reassembly. To get the car ready to take it away, I was obliged to work at the reassembly by myself in his garage!!! With the 3 others workers from Car Special, we could almost finish the reassembly, the Saturday at 2.30pm. And what a clown this Jakub Kmietowicz, cleaning the dead tyres with gloss, instead to give a hand for reassembly...A clown really. #4 Price: 2000 EUR by cash, without any bill. Quite high price for Poland, but I had no problem with this, if the quality is perfect. More photo on Google, soon. Jakub Kmietowicz, if you would be more clever, you could get more business from me. But your just a small hen thief. MOTO SOWA is far better than you.
