Excellent service, communication and quality! I couldn't fault Fenbro. We got windows and doors for our new build and from the very start the communication was excellent. We kept making changes until we got the windows perfect and it was never an issue. Responses were always immediate, I never had to wait long for the new design or quote or any answers to my never ending questions. When we were finalising the order before payment, they went through every aspect with me with a fine tooth comb to make sure we didn't miss anything and the windows all arrived exactly as we had ordered. Marcin measured up and installed the windows and was so friendly and helpful. He communicated quite a bit with us as well which made me feel at ease in ordering as he was the one who was on site. The windows and doors were delivered on the exact date specified and fitted a few days later, all as originally booked. No delays whatsoever. Delivery was smooth, we just needed a forklift to unload them which we knew and had on site. The quality of the windows is just fantastic, but we were expecting this with all the previous reviews and the samples Marcin had shown us so no surprise there. And the price was just the icing on the cake, the quality of it for what we paid is just fantastic. We had friends really wanting to see our windows as soon as they were fitted and they all were really impressed with the quality and standard of fitting. I would absolutely recommend Fenbro over and over again. Thank you Pawel, Marcin and team.
