Dear Александр Александр, Thank you for your visit and we apologize for the confusion about the parking lot. Due to the ongoing renovation of Tylna Mariacka Street, we do not have a parking lot. We inform Guests that this is not a car park and that they park here at their own risk and we are not responsible for any fines. The only parking spaces we recommend are those that we organize ourselves in Galeria Katowicka, 750 meters from our hotel. We look forward to the completion of the renovation works so that we can again offer you comfortable parking five meters from the hotel. Best regards.

Dear Kat Day, Thank you for taking the time to express your opinion. We are extremely sorry for a sleepless night due to the noise from the club next door. Unfortunately, this is a matter beyond our control, and despite repeated police interventions and the court case, we are unable to do anything about this very uncomfortable neighbor. We are even more sorry that you have decided to deprive other Guests of the right to have their own opinion and to positively evaluate our hotel, staff and catering services. Loud discos are not here every day and not every Guest is a witness to them. Additionally, we are also not responsible for the selection of music by the DJ invited by this venue. We are extremely sorry for the lack of sleep by you, but we cannot agree that the opinions of our satisfied Guests are a fraud. In addition, we would like to mention that many Guests consider our hotel to be the pride of the Best Western chain. Thank you for your opinion because it will be a proof for us in the conversation with the owners of the neighboring club. In such problematic situations, we recommend that you contact the hotel management directly. We are not able to return your sleepless night, but we are certainly able to apologize and try to compensate you somehow. We are sorry that you did not make such a move. Best regards.

Dont believe the good reviews!!! Whilst the rooms are decent, you wont be able to rest as the walls are like paper for the club next door. I was suspicious about the provided earplugs, and thought it must be for the building work that wasnt mentioned when we booked the hotel. Little did I realise that actually it would feel like I was sleeping on the dance floor. Even with professionally moulded ear protection you can hear every note, feel every bass frequency until at least 4am. The reception promised it was a new loud show and only until 2am (not true) and said they called the police although nothing improved. They tried to move us to another room, but the volume was exactly the same. Honestly, this place is a disgrace to the best western brand. I have lived in many loud cities, and never experienced this level of noise from such a mediocre club before.

Panie Margrasik, Dziękujemy za wizytę i jest nam bardzo przykro z powodu tak niskiej oceny, której powodem jest niezależny od nas remont ulicy Tylnej Mariackiej. Nasza centralna lokalizacja, którą Pan docenił ma swoje zalety jak i wady. Nie pozostaliśmy bierni w temacie parkingu i zagwarantowaliśmy Państwu miejsca na zamkniętym parkingu najbliżej jak to możliwe. Z niecierpliwością oczekujemy zakończenia prac remontowych mających na celu budowę wielopoziomowych ruchomych platform do parkowania dzięki czemu będziemy mogli Państwu zaoferować nowy lepszy standard parkowania pod samym hotelem. NIE POLECAM !! Parking 250 od hotelu co powoduje w deszczu przejście z bagażami do hotelu. Obsługa daje mapkę jak dojechać i zaparkować auto. Mimo że sam hotel w dobrym miejscu. Szkoda.
