Assurdo ho noleggiato una Toyota yaris per un giorno e mi è costata in totale 170 35 pagati per la prenotazione allarrivo allaeroporto di Dansica sono stato invitato in un hotel per il ritiro dellauto dove ho dovuto pagare altri 611 zloty Mi era stato detto che nei 611 zloty cera il deposito di 500zloty che però non mi sono stati mai resi Quindi noleggio circa 170 Troppo caro

PLEASE, READ IT!!! Dear Customers. i do not recommend to choose Car Wiz in Krakow. They forced me to pay full insurance after i did it on website of car rental companies provider. This happened after my guestion if i can use debit card. Employee of Car wiz told me that i can, but have to take full insurance. while picking up the car he told me that they dont accept full insurance of website discoverycars and that i have to do it with them, again and for more than twice more money. They said its company policy and they cannot do it different. While returning the car they said i can return in different spot in Krakow which should be again policy of company so they proved that they are not fair. Employee told me that he will inform manager and i may have discount because of my situation but manager told me the same story. Please, read this and decide if CAR WIZ is a company for you. Even though they don't have a "proper" office and are not located in the terminal it's not a problem. They use Hampton by Hilton's parking (and they lobby) which is just next to terminal. The car and the agent were waiting for me. I got a new car from higher category than I ordered (Toyota Yaris instead of VW Up) what was a nice suprise. The rental process was smooth and easy, the same like return.

Everything was excellent! Wonderful service and great clean car. For pick up its best to call the number on the voucher. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy.

Be careful, cheaters. In six days I made two 260-km journeys on a highway and returned the vehicle to Chopin airport. While I was on a flight to my country they decided I had an accident and stole money from the deposit. If you must to rent from them, you need take a photo and require the presence of the representative when returning the vehicle
