I completely agree with the negative reviews. Clinic is very clean but service delivered is poor. I had fat removed from my tummy area over a year ago. The results were poor, only to be told that maybe I had put on weight (within around a 4 month period) which I knew I hadn't. Not enough fat was taken and my stomach was still protruding. I agree with the other reviews that the co Ordinator is very helpful and keen to answer calls and respond to messages in the beginning before surgery, but the aftercare is non existent. I sent so many messages and calls which were not answered except a couple of times. I had to keep chasing which was incredibly frustrating. I somehow managed to get an appointment to go over the procedure again at an additional cost, only to be left worse off, with a rock hard lumpy uneven tummy. Money wasted and not enough to correct it somewhere else with the fear of possibly developing further scare tissue. I have now had to resort to fat freezing in my home country which has helped a small amount. I completely regret going to this clinic though.

Dear Aerin, Sorry to hear the news. Unfortunatelly we are not able to identify you as a patient. As we feel responsible for every patient, pls let us know about the situation. You could utilize the channel which you used for initial contact. We would like to check details, evaluate the situation and determine what could be done. Hopefully its not too late to undertake right steps to improve the situation. A FEW REMARKS FOR EVERYBODY who is considering body sculpting procedure: - for a few weeks after any effective treatment you will be swollen, - the bigger procedure, the more loose skin until it eventually shrinks and stabilizes, - local irregularities may occure in the time of healing, - you will require a help of professional masseur for a few weeks after surgery. - do not plan any trips nor holidays for a few weeks after surgery. Typically you can get back to work in 3-4 days, just stay close to home to ensure a proper post-op care. Your mandatory homeworks will be: 1. Wearing a compresson garment, which you will receive from the Clinic after surgery. A minimal time period is 6 weeks. This time can be extended in certain circumstances. You will be informed about that after evaluation of your needs. 2. A manual massage for body areas treated. This mus be performed by a professional masseur. 3. Mind your weight. The liposuction will help to get proportions, but will not protect you from gaining weight. You are responsible for maintaining your weight in upcoming years. Rethinking your physical activity and the way of eating is usually a good idea. These are just a few general information and rules that we find important and provide to everybody. Some more individual advices are determined after evaluation of your body, which we do upon your pictures (for free BTW). Aerin, fat reduction would not "make you fatter". Awful. Whole process pre treatment was terrible they made me feel so uncomfortable. Also it didn't even work. If anything they made me fatter and the fat feels more harder and stubborn and misshapen. Completely ruined my body :(

Na zabieg jechałam pełna obaw. Bałam się bólu. Mimo to chciałam pozbyć się tłuszczu z miejsc, z których pomimo regularnego ruchu i racjonalnego sposób żywienia był oporny i sprawiał ze nie byłam w pełni zachwycona swoim wyglądem. Nie jestem osobą otyła, do korekty były niewielkie obszary ciała. Zabieg był bardzo komfortowy, ekipa sympatyczna, a dr. Osadowska profesjonalna i serdeczną. Następnego dnia po zabiegu wróciłam sama samochodem ze Szczecina do Łodzi, po tygodniu nie pamiętałam że coś miałam robione (oprócz tego że miałam na sobie ubranko uciskowe). Bólu nie było, jedynie lekki duskomfort. Jestem zachwycona efektami, czuje się dożo lepiej w swoim ciele. Polecam każdemu, kto boryka się z takimi problemami jak ja :)

I visited the clinic around 5 months ago to have a blepharoplasty. I will give you some pros and cons to consider before you make a decision whether or not to get any procedures done at the clinic. Pros: Clean, modern and well equipped clinic. Cons: Only the client coordinator speaks English so it is very difficult to communicate with any of the staff. The client coordinator is very friendly and helpful with numerous phone calls and messages up until after your procedure is done and had been paid for then after that he does not respond to any correspondence or any concerns that you may have. I had problems with healing after the procedure and once back home never heard from the clinic again. The waiting times are very long sometimes waiting over an hour for a simple check up. The Doctor was over an hour late for my surgery and I did not get to have the surgery till around 10.30pm at night which I though was a very strange time to schedule this kind of procedure for. The staff rushed me out of the clinic at 11.30pm and I was made to wait in the cold and rain for a taxi to bring me back to my apartment. The Doctor although skilled at what he does seemed quite unprofessional. As I mentioned he arrived very late and then as I entered the operating room proceeded to play very loud music all the way through my procedure which I was awake for. I never seen the Doctor after that all checkups were done by a different Doctor. On my last day before returning home I had some concerns about how I was healing and made an appointment to see the doctor for a final checkup. I waited for the Doctor but she never arrived so I was told by the receptionist that I looked fine and could go home? Also I was given no aftercare instructions by anyone do was unsure on how to look after the incisions? I would definitely do your research before going here as I feel that they are only interested in the money and not in providing the best care for their patient.
