Fui a visitar con ellos la ruta de la Mina de sal, me ofrecían tour privado con guía en español y autobus. El conductor correcto, la chica k nos acompañaba solo hablaba inglés y era muy antipática, te hablaba sin ganas, no te miraba y mostraba desprecio. Nos dejó en la puerta de la mina con las personas que iban de forma libre. Pagué más del doble para un tour privado y no fue así. NO RECOMENDABLE. Cuando le pedimos explicaciones a la chica de habla inglesa del bus... otra vez desprecio y malas formas, DESAGRADABLE.

Heel erg blij dat we dit zo geboekt hebben. Rondleiding was leerzaam en indrukwekkend. Iedereen zou dit moeten bezoeken!!!!

My tour to Auschwitz was cancelled at 4pm the day before the tour was scheduled. I had booked this several days in advance and was only told less than 24 hours before the tour due to go. Unfortunately, this day was the only day I was available to go, and because of this last-minute cancellation, I was unable to find an alternative tour in time and ultimately I missed the opportunity to see Auschwitz as part of my trip. Once I received the cancellation notification, I called Krakowbooking 5 times at various times - no answer. I emailed them - no answer. They cancelled the tour and with that seemed to forgo all responsibility of customer service and communication. Honestly, this experience ruined my trip and I'm incredibly disappointed by Krakowbooking and the situation
