Dzień dobry, dziękujemy Panu za opinie w sprawie leczenia Pańskiej partnerki. Chcieliśmy rozwiać Pana wątpliwości odnośnie opłaty za wizytę, która wynosiła 470 zł. Pani doktor tego dnia wykonała u pacjentki badanie stomatologiczne 50 zł + leczenie 2 sąsiadujących obok siebie zębów. Jedną z metod leczenia próchnicy głębokiej, jaka była w tym przypadku jest założenie opatrunku na okres 6 miesięcy, żeby spowodował regenerację zębiny, co pozwala na zachowanie zęba żywego. Taka była decyzja lekarza po badaniu u Pana partnerki. Opatrunek taki ma prawo się wykruszyć, ponieważ jest to tylko tymczasowe zabezpieczenie zęba. W naszym gabinecie nie praktykujemy leczenia bez znieczulenia, więc nie wchodzą tu w grę żadne oszczędności w ilości jego podawania. Niestety nie u każdego pacjenta znieczulenie działa tak samo. Pacjentka wyraziła chęć leczenia, o wszystkich działaniach była informowana i na wszystkie wyraziła zgodę. Jeżeli Pana partnerka miała jakieś wątpliwości po wizycie zachęcamy, żeby wyjaśniła je osobiście z lekarzem prowadzącym jej leczenie.

Dziewczyna była miesiąc temu, dentystka założyła jej opatrunek żeby sprawdzić czy ząb będzie dalej bolał, jeśli tak to kanałowe. Ząb nie bolał, ale ze względu na cenę w triodental (500 zł za borowanie jednego zęba i założenie opatrunku); poszliśmy do innego dentysty, tam powiedział ze opatrunek był nieszczelnie założony, weszła próchnica i mimo braku bólu - ząb do leczenia kanałowego. Dentystka w triodental bardzo nieczuła, niemiła, niesympatyczna i nieempatyczna. Bardzo nie polecam tej przychodni stomatologicznej. Dodatkowo owa pani dentystka bardzo pożałowała na znieczuleniu, bo było czuć ból, wiec naprawdę nie wiem skąd tak wysoka cena. Odradzam każdemu kategorycznie.

Thank you for your opinion and bringing this situation up. We will try to refer to all points in your opinion. At any dentist office patients are paying not for the time, but for the service. It doesnt matter how long the visit takes, price is set and shown on price list (is the same in Polish and English version). It is expected that for each patient that kind of service will have different duration, as every patient has individual conditions. Service was professionally handled by two experienced specialists doctor and hygienist. Thanks to our experience and high-quality equipment we could make this visit efficient and convenient for patient. Your wife decided to use our preventive package service, which contains scaling (150 PLN), sandblasting (150 PLN), fluoridation (50 PLN) and free review, as a package, price is reduced to 250PLN. Patient didnt want to have review, so it wasnt taken, but it doesnt change the price for package, it was patient's choice. We treat our patients equally professional and dedicated regardless their home country, we have hundreds satisfied patients from Poland and other European countries. We are very sorry that your family visit wasnt satisfying, but were also disappointed with demanding approach presented here. Our personnel heard a lot of unpleasant words and that if money would not be returned, the bad opinion will be posted on google (which it is). We believe that no one should be treated like that. Anyway, we wish you and your family all the best. You are also very welcome to come to our office to experience visit on your own, we are sure you'd change your opinion.

My Wife and Son (13yrs) visited this Dental practice whilst visiting family in Tczew. My Wife had an appointment for teeth cleaning but had a 'package ' which should have ,review, scaling, sandblast and fluoridation, costing 250pln..except no review and no actual explanation of cost! This took 15 minutes. Then my son had the same 'package'which took 7 minutes for the same price!! When my wife complained, immediately the dentist gave back 100pln. My wife returned home and spoke with her family as the cost was crazy. They agreed that it was far to much. My Wife returned with her sister and was told that the cost is 250pln however long the process took and that there were 2 dentists cleaning our sons teeth which was why it was 250pln. In August our son had cleaning at the same dentist, for 25minutes, costing 150pln, yet his name wasn't even on their computer system in October!! Because your name is not Polish, does that mean you get charged more?? The Dentist offered a reduced consultation on the next appointment. .really?? I don't think we will be using a dental practice who treat people like this ever again. After seeing a response from the Dentist that completely misses the point! My wife did not get given an option to purchase a package and secondly, where in the world would a dentist charge 250pln to clean a 13 year old teeth, taking 7 minutes?? He visited his orthodontist in the uk on the 24th October prior to removal of teeth and braces fitted in december and was told his teeth were in a good clean condition, but my wife took the opportunity to have them cleaned whilst visiting family and having her own teeth cleaned..hence the procedure taking 7 minutes...FOR 250PLN!!
