Therefore taking your opinion into consideration, we investigated this matter with our employees as well as our CCTV recordings. As checked with employees and the recordings, the first massage was exactly 60 minutes - there was no shortage. As for the facial, your wish was to make the basic procedure - we offer 3 full-time facial treatments, one of them has been simplified and adapted to the condition of your skin. The facial took 60 minutes and for it the price was reduced. Moreover, all the services are always reserved by the clients - nothing here was added to your service and the only change was the reduction of 2 stages of facial, for which price was lowered. We sincerely apologize If you were unsatisfied with the consulting of picked services, we will try our best to improve the quality of our service in that area.

Bad: the massage says 60min but they only gave 50min. The facial day 75min but they only gave 60min. And they only sell you the expensive packages with other random added things on the massage table instead of explaining all the options for you to make an informed decision. This feels dodgy and I cant recommend it. Good: great service and very nice lady. Comfortable massage table too Great staff though.
