Verplante Lehrer. Termin nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekommen. Danach wurde dieser aufgrund des Wetters mehrmals verschoben, was ok ist, aber viel zu spät Bescheid gesagt. Leider hat der Lehrer dann auch noch vergessen was ich überhaupt machen wollte und deshalb den Termin auf den falschen Timeslot gepackt, weswegen wir zu sehr schlechten Wetterbedingungen fahren mussten. Trotzdem Vollpreis bezahlt. Versprochen wurde mir dass ich benachrichtigt werde, wenn die Wetterkonditionen besser werden. Ich warte seit 2 Tagen auf die Nachricht. Das Ausleihen der Skimboards lief allerdings reibungslos, deshalb 2*.

If possible I would give zero stars. I had a terrible experience there. My only reason for coming to Swinoujscie was to take windsurfing lessons at the KiteFort school. It turned out that the trip was a complete waste of time and money, and more important I was brought into serious danger by the teacher. But let me start from the beginning. I contacted the school to book a course before my arrival in Swinoujscie and was told by the staff that I should just contact them one day in advance. After my arrival in Swinoujscie I went to the school but there was no wind. (Of course that is not their fault;)). The forecast predicted that there should be wind starting at midday. They told me to come back at 3pm. At around 12pm the wind was good. So naturally I wanted to start with the lessons. But then I was told that that would not be possible until 3pm (no matter of how the wind was doing) because there was another course until 3pm. Considering that I contacted them three times in advance to make sure that a teacher was there when I wanted to take the lessons that showed how much they stood to their word. At 3pm I started a lesson with the teacher. There was no real evaluation of my so far obtained windsurfing skills. I wasn't even asked what kinds of boards I was used to. (So far only 250 l). We started with a 160l board and a boom that always came off after pulling the sail out of the water. The teacher told me that there was one very dangerous place where large ships were going in and out. On that day it was particularly dangerous since the wind was pushing us directly towards this place. Then things went out of control. While the teacher was busy trying to handle his own board and sail, I was pushed to that ship street. I tried to call him for help but he wasn't near me. So I tried to swim with the board but the waves and wind were too strong. In the end the teacher came and we managed to reach some rocks. I will spare you the rest of the details. The message is that I feared for my life while the teacher was somewhere else. Obviously, I was interested in getting a more experienced teacher for the next day. They told me that there might be another guy there tomorrow. I called them on the next morning to ask if he would be there now. They told me he would be there at about 4pm which was the time where I had to leave again. The only response was that then they couldn't help me. So all in all I am glad nobody did get hurt. But I am completely disappointed with respect to the management and the way they value their students safety. I can't recommend this place to anyone who needs lessons. Finally, I want to say that my teacher was a nice person and was as terrified as I was about this whole situation. I do blame the management for using unqualified teachers and thus risking their students physical integrity.

It is a quite nice Kitesurfing school, but I have found better ones here.
