I go to Pawel for over 10 years, he is excellent and very professional hairdresser. The salon is located at Marriott and just moved from level O to level-1, by the escalator to beauty salon Oasis Beauty Day Spa which is just 10 steps from previous location. Highly recommended.

Will never return there again. The worse SPA experience I have ever had. Got truly sad and disappointed for I went there to enjoy a nice relaxing SPA time with my mother. Got recommended some special and expensive face mask with some kind of acid which was supposed to help my dry and sensitive skin but instead it burned my face really badly! I looked like I got some kind of allergic reaction and I couldn't sleep that night because my skin was all swollen red and sore. I looked so badly that my mother got worried and talked to the hotel reception about a doctor. We were forced to rebook all our nice reservations during our stay and run around to find pharmacy and to get some medicine and professional help instead. At the pharmacy I found out that the acid they used on my skin was way to strong so I got burn damages! They didn't made any skin tests before the treatment so I am not surprised if it will happen again to someone else. Despite the fact that I went back the next day and kindly asked for my money back I didn't got any recompensation at all! They said that the owner was on vacation and told me to send an email. Our mini weekend in Poland was ruined. I was all worried, sad and disappointed and I looked terrible in weeks. Have been at SPAS before but never got worse reaction or treatment. If u care about your wellbeing, your vacation and your skin I strongly recommend u to go to some other place instead because if they will ruin your skin or live u with allergic reaction for days u won't even get your money back!
