Very responsive to issues. Was willing to help me late at night to get a prop fixed due to my own error. Fixed in time for opening. Great service and the props are holding up well

Good morning Nicolas, thank you for your opinion. I am sad that we have not met your expectations. You have bought our products 22/08/2016 - two years ago and there were no issues. Last month when you contacted us and we talked about different approaches to your issue. I (Marcin Pleskacz) offered you repair of your board if you would send it to us. Because you live in remote location we agreed that we will send you full electronics replacement and you will repair it by yourself. We have disclosed with you video documentation where to check and which part of electronics you should repair. When new parts arrived at your place you have contacted us saying that "package well received, thank you for that. I will try to fix it tomorrow and let you know". I thought that you have repaired it and topics is closed. I have now contacted you by WhatsApp and I hope we will find solution because we're really want to help you.

Good and creative products. Electronic can be tricky though. After 15 months of use (12/2016-03/2018), their device started to troubleshoot until it completely stopped functioning. They let me purchase spare parts so I can try to fix it which I haven't been able to do so far. I really hope I can have that problem solved asap because right now without that wow effect our guests experience is not as good as it should be.
