Dear Sir! In response to your opinion, we would like to explain the situation and present our position. You have placed an order for a set: carafe + 4 glasses, the delivery time for that was up to 7 business days. This product is very popular, many customers buy decanters as a gift. Thus, there is high product rotation level on a stock for this. Combined with the "before Christmas" period together with extra-intensive work of logistics companies that time, all this caused that we were contacting with large number of our clients in order to inform them about longer delivery time. At the same time, after updating our inventory, it turned out that this particular set you ordered has been sold out, we were trying to bring it for you directly from the manufacturer but it occurred that the delivery time was far too late. As soon as, we realized that the product you ordered could not get on Christmas day, we have decided to place you a special Christmas offer for an enlarged set: carafe + 6 glasses, in the same price as smaller one. To sum up, we proposed you larger and more expensive product with fast delivery time and at the same price as the set you originally ordered. Unfortunately, you didn't accept our offer. It took for them 5 days to discover that they won't be able to release the order before 24.12 - Xmas. Order has but made 12.12 call with information that they can not do it before Xmas 17.12.
