Thank you for your visit and honest review. We understand Monika who was your server made a mistake and added a glass of wine she was not supposed to which she corrected and appologized. As far as the cost of water is concerned we have not heard of any restaurant in Warsaw with bottled water for free. It is standard in all restaurants, hence we do not put it on the food menu, which may have created a confusion. We keep the prices of water at the lower end comparing to other restaurants. In light of this, in our opinion your 1* is not a fair rating however we acknowledge your dissatisfaction. We will be happy to refund the water if you write to us directly at [email protected]. Food and atmosphere were quite pleasant, although not notable. No food wowed us, but it was very decent. Unfortunately, at the end of our experience, we were unpleasantly surprised by bill ~20% higher than expected. Part of unfairly charged amount was returned, nevertheless whole situation killed pleasant dining experience. Restaurant, as well did not met its obligation to provide information, by billing water, which is not listed at the menu. Amounts are not high, but it is not a fair practice towards customers.

Probably one of the best meals I ever had. We went to Alewino and were both mind-blown, both of us are vegetarians and the variety of options were amazing. We took almost all of the starters (vegetarian) on the menu, no main course because it was alot of food. Every single dish was so well balanced and honestly a fine work of art. The service was also amazing. 100 procent worth traveling to Warsaw just to visit this place.

Bardzo nam przykro że nie spodobało się Panu w alewino. Nasze ceny są adekwatne do jakości dań oraz profesjonalnego serwisu i nie różnią się znacznie od cen w restauracjach tego typu. To samo dotyczy win, których mamy w naszej selekcji ok 200 różnych etykiet w bardzo zróżnicowanych cenach i jesteśmy pewni że każdy może wybrać coś odpowiedniego dla siebie.

Wnętrze zaniedbane. Siedzenia są niewygodne i już po chwili chcesz wstać. Dania mają wygórowaną cenę. Wina również nie należą do najtańszych, chociaż te są smaczne. Wrażenia z pobytu. Rozczarowanie.
