Dear YJ! We are sorry to hear that you are faced with such an unpleasant situation. The system of organization of courses in our school is as follows. We start the new trimesters 4 times per year (from January, April, July and October), during that time we plan and start around 60 groups. The schedule is planned beforehand, so the courses start in time. But, besides the main groups, we also create additional groups during the trimesters. We try our best to meet the needs of our students related to the duration of courses, intensity, timetable etc. Unfortunately, it's unpredictable, because everything depends on how quickly we will have the necessary minimum number of applications. Also, there is a possibility of individual lessons, which can be started at any time convenient for you. It's a pity that you had to wait for a group you wanted to join. Unfortunately, it's unpredictable in case of the additional groups (especially in the afternoon hours) we are trying to create after the official trimester starts. From a professional point of view, we are very pleased that you express such a desire and motivation to start learning Polish language as soon as possible! You are warmly welcome to join the new trimester from January! And we will certainly try our best to change your wrong opinion about us, which managed to develop even before we began cooperation!

리뷰는 처음 써봅니다. 수업을 등록하러 2번이나 방문했었고, 방문했지만 등록 못하고 기다리라고만 들었습니다. 계속 기다리는데도 메일 답변도 받기 힘들었고, 저는 기분이 무척 안좋았습니다. 다른 한국인 분을 만나 이야기를 나눴었는데, 제가 기다리고 있다는 말을 듣자 놀라더라고요. 원래 기다릴 필요 없이 등록 가능한건지... 아무튼 여러모로 시간을 허비하게 되었습니다.

I spoke to them twice on the phone and emailed them three times within a week, but despite two promises to respond within the hour and then within a day, for some reason this school is uninterested in responding to a simple request to register for courses and send a confirmation of this. I finally gave up, called another school, and everything was done the same day. So I never got to learn anything about their teaching, but how could I? For an organisation that says they want to teach you a language, they are amazingly bad at communication.

Dear Peter Costa! We must admit we were little surprised and feel sorry that you have such an opinion about our school. After all, we make great efforts to provide comfort and efficiency of learning with an individual approach. This is the work of a large number of people, and the quality of this work can be ensured only if the rules are observed. This also applies to financial issues. All regulations of payment, terms of organization and cancellation of classes are settled in the contract (in several languages for the convenience of our students). Because we value the work and time of the client, teacher and employees of our school. Nevertheless, even in administrative issues we make concessions and try to settle misunderstandings amicably. Because this is the customer-friendly policy of the Polish Linguistic Institute. But, the whole mechanism works only if there is a desire and effort not only from our side, but also from the side of our clients. If you think that at any stage of the organization of your classes we have acted unfairly, you can always contact or visit the Institute and we will discuss your situation! We are always ready to accept criticism, if it is justified, because it helps us to develop and become better. In any case, it is a pity that you have such an unjustifiably negative attitude!

Very bad experience....!!! They charge money for class which I didn't have. I don't recommend that Institute.
