The worst. They put me in a completely different building than I booked, added an extra 50% cost, you have to pickup your keys 45 - 60 minutes away from the apartment. They don't answer their phones when trying to call. Will hit you with a massive deposit. Absolutely not recommended under any circumstance.

Tragedia! Obsługa tragiczna kazali nam czekać 8 godzin na ławce w pobliskim menelskim parku! Zdjęcia na Internecie.. LUKSUS. Kiedy weszliśmy do apartamentu zaczęliśmy płakać. 800zl za rudere. Syf kiła I mogiła. Łóżko to składak z biedronki który gdy położa się na nim 2 osoby zrywa się.. ściany brudne lodówka grzeje zamiast schłodzić. Nie polecam. Chyba że chcesz zepsuć sobie wyjazd.

Review of " Grzybowska 3" apartment: We just spent a month (April 18 - May 18) at your " Grzybowska 3" apartment, and wanted to provide you with some feedback. Big Annoyances: When booking this apartment, we were lead to believe that the address was Grzybowska 3 since that was the title of the listing. Grzybowska 3 is an upscale fairly new building directly across the street from our son's place at Grzybowska 4. Imagine our disappointment when we picked up the keys at P&O Apartments and discovered that this rental was in fact at Grzybowska 16/22 which is across the street and down the road. Instead of an upscale, fairly new building, Grzybowska 16/22 is a Soviet era drab building. To us, listing this place as Grzybowska 3 is false advertising and very confusing to prospective tenants. The bed has a LARGE depression in the middle of it which makes it VERY uncomfortable. We tried flipping the mattress and then tried to fill the depression with a yoga mat under the mattress but this only improved the situation a little. This bed needs to be replaced with something better and smaller, sized to fit the room. Also, the sheets supplied were too small to even fit the bed. They were flat sheets that did not even cover the surface of the bed, let alone allow for wrapping around and under the mattress. This is unacceptable. Small Annoyances: The light over the bathroom sink was burned out when we arrived. A dog kept howling in a nearby apartment when the owner was away. Although the weather was unseasonably cool, the apartment was too warm, and we had no way to turn down the heat. The heater itself was always off, but the two hot water pipes that run floor to ceiling in the bathroom made the whole apartment too warm. We had to open the window to cool it off enough to be comfortable. Good things: The apartment itself was recently remodeled and worked nicely for us. Except for the occassional dog howling, the apartment was quiet and the facilities (kitchen and laundry) made our stay more comfortable. The location on Gryzbowska allowed for easy walking to much of downtown Warsaw. Overall, I would rate this 3 stars out of 5. If you had been honest about listing this as Grzybowska 16/22 instead of Grzybowska 3, and if you had a more comfortable bed, we would have rated this 4 stars.
