The apartment is clean and new but very hot and there is no air conditioning. Being near the centre is on a busy and noisy road, so if you open the window it is hard to sleep due to the noises from outside. There is no air vent in the bathroom and it is a bathroom with no window.... Very hard to get some fresh air in the bathroom!! There is no parking space reserved for the apartment, although the website says so. We have been informed after our reservation about the parking space issue. It was easy to find other solutions, as the owner suggested, but we didn't really want to park in the street. The building had some scaffolding going on and this was not specified. Fair price but lack of basic commodities.

Dear Guest, granting the voucher was a sign of good will for you as we were not forced legally by Booking.com to issue such vouchers. We told you specifically that and it says explicitly on the voucher that the dates of your stay are to be confirmed with the owners. Reimbursement was not made to any Booking.com guest who could not have come so you were not the exception to the rule. If our apartments were legally open it was not our fault that your journey could not have happened due to Covid.

We have booked this flat in Jan 2020 and because of the pandemic restrictions we could not go. It is now more than one year that we are in discussion with them in order to use the voucher (that they issued after many exchanges) or to be reimbursed. So be aware that they are not really flexible and collaborative.
