We randomly chose Net-Cargo to help with the port services for our two vehicles. BIG MISTAKE. For us it was a transit part on the way from Canada to Ukraine. Nothing special and nothing to worry about thats what we thought. The first hiccup was that the crane availability appeared to be limited and we had to wait three days to move the container. The communication was good at the begging and we agreed to the terms that we have to wire 10k deposit while the shipment is in transit to the Ukrainian border. Its understood (except there is no logic why to smuggle cars from Canada to Poland??) but rule is a rule. We agreed that we wire the money asp (that was before we found out that the crane is not available) and they will provide us with the paperwork after. The person we dealt with was Marek Letki. This is where it all started to go wrong. He would say Im sending you our account details in two hours. And nothing happened till I called him next day. I sent four emails asking their rates and we only found about them from the invoice. It was over twelve hundred US$ for two vehicle. The worst part was to get the deposit back (at the moment of writing we still dont have the deposit back). It looks easy check the MRN tracking system, if the goods left Poland return the money. But not with Marek Letki. Here is the simplified chronology of writing back and force, but the meaning is the same. - (Us) Marek the car left Poland last week would you send us our deposit back? - (Marek, next day) Im waiting for confirmation.. - (Us) ok (guessing) here is T-1s with Ukrainian custom stamp on it. - (Marek, next day) - We got the transfers closing confirmation. That covers prooving that the cargo got to the PL/UA border. Now all we need is the confirmation that the cars entered Ukraine. (and again no indication who has to send it or comment on what we sent before) (Us) Ukrainian Custom declaration would work?? (Marek, next day) OK, looking forward to seeing those. - (Us two days later) we sent you customs declaration with all the stamps yesterday along with the photos of the cars on the streets in Kiev! Any news on the deposit? - (Marek, next day) - Our Customs agency is analyzing the documents. I should have their acceptance within today. - (Us next day) any news?? - (Marek) - Sure. Just let me know which one of those documents is the confirmation of import customs clearance if Ukraine. - We sending customs declarations again and the copy of the registration of the vehicle weve just done. - Marek to us - silence. It looks like the next requirement to release the funds would be send a copy of the car insurance I guess. Anyway I dont know who writes those good reviews here but this is our honest experience we have with this company. If you dont want to have a headache avoid to deal with Marek. And if he is the owner who runs the business so poorly avoid this business.
