Hello Jenny, We are sorry for any confusion over how we operate. As we recall, you placed an order that only contained free samples that are intended for orders with a subtotal of $75 or more, so we cancelled that order and indicated that we offer low cost samples on our website. We do not have a walk-in storefront, and all orders are accepted via our website. While pickup is an option that is available during checkout, due to order volume, it takes us 1-2 business days to fill orders. Super fast shipping ! for the most part they are ok but I dont get it I see so many praises for their fragrances so I ordered 2 2 oz vanilla bean noel and cucumber melon and was very disappointed when I received them they smell like barley scented water literally weaker that rose water no way I could use them in a product I got the Ultra which is the middle strength I went back on to see if I could return them and it says no returns on scents well how do they know if they have a bad batch ? my other suppliers will take them back and make sure I dont get the same lot when I order again! for all other purchases I would have given them a 5 star review but these ! are not useable not even straight out of the bottle !

Ordered many samples, they arrived faster than I expected, very well packaged and all accounted for. Going to take me a little while to get a feel for all of the them as some I have tested so for today have been nice and strong. Some of these novelty scents are flippin awesome! So excited to find a fragrance oil supplier that ventures outside the norm! Highly recommend!

As Tim has pointed out, we unfortunately cannot take back oils that have been custom blended to order. We always recommend that customers first try out our low-cost sniffie samples to avoid any buyers remorse on larger batches. Thank you for bringing this to other customers' attention!
