Very poor communication. I was told twice that I would get screen shot of my logo to approve. They didnt come. Last Thursday I went there in person to get the status face to face. They said my shirts were on the machine now and should be done shortly. Today is Tuesday, no update. I called asking for status. They said they were done. I asked why wasnt I informed. They didnt know. The work is good, but I should not have to call them three times for updates. I will not return.
The attention to detail is the best I have ever worked with. I have made a lot of custom bulk T-Shirt orders over the years and there has never been better customer service or a better end product.
