I am truly disappointed! What I have seen could be considered patient abuse! People suffering from pancreatic cancer, like my brother, drives hundreds of miles to go the "The Best" cancer center in America, BULL! His scheduler has made so many mistakes that he has cause undo hardship to my family. NO ONE takes any ownership of the mistakes. I believe that when someone has cancer this is enough of a hardship and being abused by the system is wrong on so many levels. When he went to have CT scan they accessed his port, but did not clean the port as directed, 15 seconds is all it takes to clean it. The nurse just swiped and continued to access port despite being asked to clean it better. If he gets an infection from that you can be sure heads will roll! His quality of life just dropped a notch. Thanks for nothing MD Anderson.

Minha filha com 19 anos foi tratada de um linfoma no MD Andersono, e abaixo de Deus, devo todos os meus agradecimentos a este hospital e aos competentes médicos que salvaram a vida de minha filha. Hoje ela está saldavel, feliz com 34, anos,e com dois lindos filhos. Recomendo a todos que necessitam de cura para o câncer!

it's the best hospital ever but , they have problems with the time! if you have scheduled appointment at 3:00 for example, you will enter at 5:00 or more too much waiting

When you come here long enough you will see the other side of it. The quality have going down by those bad apples. Some nurses and staffs have very bad attatue toward to you and you can feel that they don't care about you at all. And some are refuses to helping patients feel comfortable while on treatments.
