Waited 10 months for my order and received run-around every time I called for updates (its on a ship, its on the way, etc). Now have called multiple times asking them to refund my credit card (hundreds of dollars). They have agreed to do so on several phone calls but it has not been done yet. They answer the phone sporadically and return emails weeks after they are sent. Stay away--as far as I can tell the entire business is a scam. I am in the process of reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to address my concerns . . .
