Awesome selection and well organized but Ive had hardware issues on used consoles multiple times from this place. Theyre reasonable and will work with you if you have problems but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you return a faulty console only to get another one with a faulty controller

These people are scammers. I brought my PS4 to get fixed and 2 hours later they said they couldn't fix it and it was unfixable and said "Wan't us to recycle it" and I picked it up and brought it to "Top Care Geeks" in Revere and they fixed it for the same price. I know they wanted to steal my PS4 don't go here to get your stuff fixed

Staff is really unfriendly, store environment is dusty and unkempt. Overall a cool concept in theory but poorly executed because everyone working there acts like they are better than their customers for having more knowledge in *used* tech and video games. Literally just shop from eBay lol
