We followed your Vision Plan Your daughter had an eye exam in summer, the doctor recommended another exam in 6+months due to age and prescription At the second exam the prescription changed, so we followed the Vision Plan rules. Our apologies if this was not explained well, for future reference please call and ask for a manager or doctor

Took my daughter back to a requested follow up for her contacts. The receptionist had no clue that it wasnt a full exam. Finally a different receptionist had our paper work and showed me that the insurance would pay for everything and I had a 10 copay. Reluctantly agreed they took her back and did a complete exam again. The when I went to pay they charged me 64.00 dollars. I promise I wont darken that door anymore. Have been going there for 20 years but not anymore. Not the first issue but will be that last

You all forgot me. I checked in # 930 people after I checked in went in, a new person came in n went back . Tw0 more people cane in and went back by this time my patience was gone so I asked and oops no chart for me. I rescheduled for next week. The young people in the front should pay better attention. I'm an old client and like your Doctors but this should not happen.
