I tried for weeks to schedule an oil change. Left numerous voicmails with the service department, never received a call back. Then was eventually able to "schedule" it with someone on their chat service. Show up for my appointment and they find no record of it. No apology or any offer to make it right other than saying they could possibly fit it in by the end of the day. No loaner car to offer (I had to work rest of the day). Continued lousy service by this company, would not recommend.

went in for just an oil change (on service contract) had appointment. After 3 hours I saw my truck outside and it looked like it was done. I stood in line and told them that it looked like my truck was done. It was and I left. 3 hours for an oil change while I was waiting (they knew), with no updates is terrible. I have one more service on the pre-paid maintenance contract and then you will never see me again.

At first I was just expecting coldness from the reps but i was greeted with a smile so it threw me off and I was able to have an excellent experience getting my car in for repairs!

My appointment was 8am. No shuttle service, no coffee, a TV in the waiting area that either doesn't work is had never been turned on since I've been going there. I was told my service would take 4 or 5 hours. I'm still waiting for a call 8 hours later. It's now 4pm and no update call or anything. .
