I spoke with Joe Chase in sales, I spoke with him regarding a rush order on a Monday for some bowling shirts for the following Monday, I sent him the art work. He said he could get it done, he sent me a link while we were on the phone with a sample shirt to use which I approved. I asked what did he needed to get this done, advance payment or what, he just need my sizes and my approval. He told me to just pay when I picked them up the following Monday. Well they sent an order approval email, with no proof no nothing, just an invoice on Friday. Since I thought we were all set I wasn’t expecting and email. The only thing in the email was the invoice that I offered to pay when we originally talked. Well I didn’t see the email, I wasn’t expecting and email. No phone call. I call on Monday for my shirts, not done because they were waiting on an approval. Wow. Won’t be using this company ever.

Inkpressions did a great job with our boat jackets. We are beyond pleased. Libby was our contact person & she communicated very well throughout the process. The quality of work is fantastic. The in house dog, Oakley, greeted me each time I came by. So cute & friendly.

I’ve been getting spirit wear for my daughter for her schools and activities for the past 5 years. I recently stopped in to get some personal merch. When I say the most efficient, fastest, friendliest place I’ve been to and they are local. I will never go back to the pop up shops at the malls. Check them out for all your printing needs
