We sincerely apologize that you feel this way! That is definitely not what we wanted you to feel which is why from day 1 we spend hours going over your artwork and colors and what you wanted. After all the time an order was not placed and weeks later when you came back we spend just as much time with you to make sure all your questions were answered. During our long conversations going over your artwork we showed you 2 samples shirts of how you wanted your art printed. You chose the 2 colors. We never overcharge colors- we did the style you chose. As for both of us not being there, that was an emergency and we apologized to you and when we met again a lot of time was taken again to go over the artworks, making sure you have exact sizing, and making sure it was understood which artworks goes on which shirts. For the pickup date, your due date was not Friday but a few days later, but because you wanted that day we told you we would aim for that day. We spoke on the phone that day and we had a plan as to when you would stop by. Because you said you were on the way we waited passed 7:00pm for you and you didn't show up until Monday. We really spent our time making sure your shirts were printed perfectly by your requested day and so we are glad that you got shirts with your son's amazing drawings because those drawings deserve to be admired. We wish you the best of luck on his drawings.

Went to this place because a friend uses them and had no complaints but for some reason we have had nothing but TERRIBLE customer service from day 1. Made an appointment with Irene and graphic artist we show up both of them not there. Emails get responded to days later if there is a response. Phones calls get answered maybe?? Phone calls get returned maybe?? Made an appointment to pick up product on a Friday at 6:30 get a phone call they are closing by 5:30?? Was told by graphic artist going to email images of designs to use for website talked to Irene 4 days ago still no return email with images or phone call. Also, we were charged for 2 color on 1 color designs.

I came here for custom shirts, and my shirts came out super nice. The experience was really great and they were extremely helpful. I had to have the shirts in a rush- it was a very last minute order but urgent. I left trusting they would be done on time and they were! I recommend this place and I am coming back for sure.

Discover tee is the place to go for small or large prints or embroidery. Andrew took care of my shirts. I was looking for quality after a bad investment in the swap meet. The print was amazing quality! Getting all my stuff done there now

Hi Karla! Im so sorry you were not completely happy! We definitely aimed for your 100% satisfaction. Which is why from the beginning we helped you out on the pricing to fit your budget. We also upgraded your shirts to softer ones so the kids can have better shirts. As for the discount we had already given you a discount on the print and the shirts plus we upgraded the shirts. Nice people, however my order wasn't complete neither ready upon arrival and no discount was offered.
