It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Sorrel ! Her genuine enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of antique jewellery made the buying process that much easier and more enjoyable. I was due to leave London a few days after dropping by her shop, and Sorrel very kindly arranged for my ring to be resized and ready for pick-up before my departure. Great variety and selection of styles and stones in the shop. Highly recommend Jewels UK to anyone looking to purchase something special for themselves or a loved one.

Seeing Sorrel and her jewels is always the highlight of our visits to London. We look at all the jewellery in Portobello Road and always end up back with Sorrel. Very happy with the quality, prices,variety and of course the warm welcome. Resizing rings is never a problem. All done professionally and posted ASAP. Very satisfied customers.

Had an amazing experience here. Went in to look for something for my brother and ended up buying two rings for myself:) The women helping us was super sweet, helpful and a good seller. She showed us what she had to offer for a lower price and me and my friend fell in love. Such good service. Would definitely go back. I am so happy with my new rings!!

My experience with Jewels UK has been a really positive one. My Grandad passed away and left me some money last year. I had been looking for a ring for a very long time and I chose one from Sorrels collection, which was very hard because they are quality high end pieces. I finally chose a ring I was very fond of and Sorrel helped me immensely with all her knowledge and expertise to answer all the questions I had about the ring. I am over the moon with the ring and Sorrel has been there whenever I have needed her via text or phone to answer any questions I had, Sorrels communication is great. I hope to buy more pieces from Jewels UK in the very near future. I want to say thank you as I can not express enough what this ring means to me.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Sorrel is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional, being a gemologist she certainly knows her jewellery and has an equisite eye. I was looking for a special piece for my wife's big birthday, I had originally set my sights on a well known boutique jewellery brand however once we peeked into her window display that was the end of that idea. I bought the most amazing vintage emerald and diamond ring and a gold and emerald bracelet.Sorrel organised the re-sizing, cleaning of both the ring and bracelet and even made a set of earrings with the redundant emeralds from the bracelet free of charge, such a lovely touch. My wife is absolutely thrilled and I would not hesitate to recommend Jewels UK to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery at very reasonable prices with the peace of mind that Sorrel only curates and sources super pieces, so effectively does all the hard work for you. Highly recommend.
