Everyone was so friendly and made sure you were comfortable. Doctor was absolutely amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend!!! As you can see above I had previously left a great review after my first initial visit with the doctor. During the first visit, after the exam my daughter got to pick out her glasses and I was advised they would arrive in about 2 weeks. To my surprise they were in earlier then expected. I take my daughter to pick them up and check in and was asked to have a seat until someone is available. I had taken my lunch break at work to take my daughter, so after waiting 20 minutes to be called and still nothing I approached the ladies at check in and asked if I could please just take my daughters glasses and if there are any issues I would bring them back for adjusting. They told me absolutely no problem and proceeded to grab her stuff. When they bring me the glasses they confirm name and insurance. I open the case and they are definitely not what my daughter had picked out on her original appointment. They had her try them on and make sure everything was good and she could see. After they brought out a box asking what was wrong with the glasses she received. I show the woman what the glasses were originally supposed to look like, to which she responds, they are the same style just a different color. She can use these. My daughter received a red pair of glasses after picking out black frames. This may seem petty or not a big deal to most, but my frustration comes from the fact my daughter has never had glasses before and is now told she needs to wear them 24/7. With that being said, I wanted her to have exactly what she wanted so that she stuck to wearing her glasses all of the time. She is 9 years old, so it isn't going to be the most ideal situation trying to get her to wear glasses all day, everyday especially now that she has a pair that she doesn't even like. I'm sorry for the long review but I just felt like this whole situation could've been handled better then being told they're just a different color and she will be fine. It is frustrating to not receive the same service you were expecting as your first visit. Extremely disappointed, and now my daughter is stuck with glasses she doesn't even like.

The receptionists are rude, and they NEVER call you back on time for your appointment. Youll sit in the waiting room for 1/2 hr to an hour waiting for the appointment you scheduled for an hour ago because They are always behind. Go to any other branch.

I haven't been to an eye doctor in over 5 years. My experience was great and they are very friendly, hilarious and informative. They've even informed of a condition that was in my eye i wasn't aware of that's been there a very long time and I'm grateful it was caught before it could've gotten serious. I didn't get that from other eye glass centers I went to for exam. The staff is great and very professional and they are very timely whether you have an appointment or not. I highly recommend them & love my glasses. Thank you so much Cleveland Eye Clinic
