Had a smooth first time experience with them, and shirts came out perfect so we decided to use them again. This time the admin person was less knowledgeable and less professional. Thats just the start. Since we were returning customers they used the same image that was on file we proofed and made the exact same order with the expectation that the products would be the same. At pick up the items were totally different in color and had some type of white paint speckles all over. The response we got a new machine and well turn down the contrast in the future. Im not sure how a new machine is the customers problem or how turning down the contrast for future customers HELPS US. After reviewing policies we emailed and asked for a reprint and were told wed be charged a reprint fee of $8 per shirts. Online there policies say they do reprints for orders with > 10% spoilage.. well the entire batch is spoiled and mentions NOTHING about a reprint fee. Keep in mind we are asking for reprints due to production error not ours. The owner avoided direct contact at all costs and admin with nothing left to say but nothing we can do. Poor production. Poor customer service.
No stars, they jacked up my order, use my copyright prints on unauthorized shirt, then wanted me to pay for there mistakes, as well as their dtg machine prints drip and run across your design. They are trash!
Completely messed up my order! Refused to give a refund! We started the process like normal. They sent a proof that looked good and I approved, but the colors that they actually screen printed on the shirts were completely different than the proof they sent. They ruined the high quality and frankly expensive shirts I brought in to be printed on. They tried to feed me some BS about the colors drying differently but clearly the colors were wrong. Kenny agreed to give a full refund. They had issues refunding me the money through their payment system. We were back and forth with them for two weeks trying to get them to refund the $321 I spent. At this point I STILL haven't gotten my money back and Kenny refuses to give a cash refund claiming that his system said the payment processed but he provided no proof that the refund actually processed (obviously, because it did not). They have been completely apathetic to fix their mistake and refund my money, to the point of saying "theres nothing more they can do" and refusing to actually give me a cash refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. unless you want to risk losing out on $321 or more like I did.
