Had to have a quick re-soldered of one wire in my bass while on the road. Stopped by they did the work quickly while we waited. It was a bit expensive for soldering one wire though $45.
I recently bought a new Seagull S6 acoustic guitar (online). It arrived in great shape but the strings were way too high..hard to play. I took it in to North Coast Guitar for a setup and also requested to have a pickup installed. Russ called today that the job was done.. I picked it up and I cannot believe the difference. The action is perfect.. the pickup works great and it's out of sight (end pin is now a jack).. I am VERY pleased with the way this turned out. I'd highly recommend Russ and North Coast Guitars to anybody needing some guitar work. Mike Yellowley

First of all, Russell and the staff treated me and my guitar with patience and respect. Kudos! I brought my Telecaster-style guitar in for some attention to the frets. Two days later I picked it up, the frets leveled, crowned, and polished. Beautiful work. The guitar plays so smoothly now.
