Honestly I do not know how this business is even still open the owner is one if the rudest people I have ever dealt with in business. I had several problems with my propane tank and he was not helpful at all just rude. I will never recommend this business to anyone!

My mother in law purchased a grill here for her husband a little before Thanksgiving as a gift for Christmas. It was not opened or examined until time to open on Christmas. Imagine our shock when it was opened and there was food residue on the grates. This was obviously a return and not new. We have attempted to resolve this issue with Boyd's several times, and each time are told there's nothing they can do and the item is as is and past the 30 day return period. Obviously they don't take into account the fact this was purchased in November to be a Christmas gift, which puts it over the 30 day return period. My mother in law is elderly and we do not appreciate her being treated this way by a so called local family business. Shame on you.

Woke up this morning to a freezing house and no propane. Called and they said it might not be tomorrow until they can have some one out. I live 30 mins out side of amarillo so I understand it's harder for them to get out here and with the way the weather and roads are im not mad, it was poor preparation on my behalf. Less then two hours after I called i get a phone call and they are pulling up and are ready to fill the tank up. I've used them for the last 3 times I've needed propane and will continue to use them. Every single time they have been quick and professional.

We are so happy with the electric fireplace insert we recently bought from Boyd's Equipment. The staff at Boyd's are very friendly and knowledgable about their products. At first we weren't sure we would be able to get the fireplace we wanted, but Randy went above and beyond to make sure we got it and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Boyd's Equipment!!
